We prioritize creating personalized experiences for our clients' customers and helping these brands scale quickly with D2C digital marketing while running lean operations.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing and closing new business opportunities, including partnerships, agency relationships and new product sales. The role will also require building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, overseeing existing accounts, and developing a deep understanding of clients' business needs and goals.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development, sales, or related field
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate complex solutions in a clear and concise manner
• Experience in the digital marketing space, particularly with e-commerce or D2C brands
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights and make data-driven decisions
• Ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
• Strong network and relationships with potential partners or clients in the e-commerce or D2C space is a plus
