Job Requirements: Incumbent should be an expert in L & D Experience 8 to 12 years in hardcore L & D function Experience from designing to implementing end- to - end in learning programs Should be digitally savvy Proven track record in delivering impactful programs Number crunching abilities with good analytical skills

Job Role: Will be responsible for drivings all aspects of Learning and Development programs Identify learning gaps and actioning the same. Design L&D roadmap for the organization with the objective in mind.
