Job description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Check for number of students who have completed OVD / KYCs verifications on superset
• Helps students to register for LEO1 Card
• Change in mobile numbers information on Dashboards
• Inform Institute for completing the task
• Helps with communications and coordination's
• Receives the LEO1 Cards – Index the card batches as per courses
• Assist institute to distribute cards
• Supports central SPOCs to get relevant data from the institute (follow ups )
• Helps students to resolve any queries / clarifications for the CARD and App
• Helps local staff on any doubts, clarifications on the Fee module etc
• Resolves for Tech solved errors and call students
