We specialize in Digital Transformations like Digital BSS Suite and CVM & Big Data Analytics, 5G, IoT, AI / ML, and Digital Financial Services, and are in the process of cloudification of our products. Our products and processes are TMForum compliant. Some of our major customers are Safaricom, Ooreedoo Group, Vodafone Group, Milicom, and Singtel to name a few. We have offices in India, the USA, UAE, Indonesia, and South Africa. To know more about usvisit us at you need to succeed in this role : a) Code, develop, and design features related to the existing/new application. We expect you to own modules end to end and take pride in the work products you ship. b) Design and build advanced applications for the Java platform c) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features d) Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency e) You will manage 4+ developer team f) Should be able to do requirement gathering with the customer and give demos to the customer g) In-depth understanding of the entire development process (design, development and deployment.)Expertise required to perform this role : a) Proven work experience between 6-8 years in development.b) Strong Experience in Core Java, Spring boot, Database , Hibernate, microservices, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, data structures, Design patterns, Microservicesc) Soft Skills: Leadership, Decision Making, Planning, Presentation Skills and Communicationd) B.Tech/BE/MCA degree in Computer Science or relevant field (ref:hirist.tech)
