Job Description :
- 'Must have experience in administering, maintenance and troubleshooting in OEM technologies – Cisco (CUCM)/CUCM Cluster/Call Manager, Unity Connection, Cisco Emergency Responder, Cisco WebEx, Cisco Finesse/softphone/Hardphone, Cisco Telepresence, Cisco Audio/Video conference systems, Cisco Video End points, AudioCodes, SBCs/CUBEs. Etc and monitoring.
- Hands On experience on IPT/PBX/Telephony, Voice mail systems. Unified Communications and Collaborations, audio/video conferencing platforms technologies.
- Experience and knowledge on voice platforms like Cisco (CUCM)/CUCM Cluster/Call Manager, Unity Connection, Cisco Emergency Responder, Cisco WebEx, Cisco Finesse/softphone/Hardphone, Cisco Telepresence, Cisco Audio/Video conference systems, Cisco Video End points, AudioCodes, SBCs/CUBEs...etc and other OEM systems.
- Experience on Configuring & Troubleshooting, upgrades of the systems.
- Hands on experience on any on-premises and cloud solutions, and experience to setup the new Unified Communications and Collaborations, Scripting.
- Good knowledge of the H.323, SIP and ISDN PRI Voice Circuit, G711, G729, TCP/IP, UDP Protocols
- Must have experience in configuring and troubleshooting the Desk Phone (Hardphone and Softphone), user related issues and features.
- Must possess good troubleshooting skills and ability to Analyse voice systems, to identify and resolve system issues.
- Integration & Configuration Voice and screen recording
- Experience on Recording Server (NICE, Variant, Calabrio, AQM or other)
- Excellent communication with interpersonal skills, and good experience in handling the customers.
- Flexible to work in 24x7 environment. '
