Education Counselor

College Vidya is seeking a full-time Education Counselor to work at our Noida location. The Education Counselor will be responsible for guiding students in their academic journey by providing them with accurate information and advice on courses, universities, and career options. The Counselor will also be responsible for proactive engagement with students, making daily outbound calls and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.

• Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Education counseling, preferably in EdTech
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage time effectively and ability to multitask
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and G-suite.
• Strong presentation and analytical skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision and be a part of a team.
• Experience with CRM software and call center metrics are a plus.
