Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, account management, and effective communication to establish and develop relationships with potential clients. The Executive will also be required to conduct market research, generate sales reports, and work with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• New business development and lead generation skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to establish professional relationships with clients
• Account management skills and ability to negotiate and close deals
• Understanding of business practices and market trends
• Experience with sales reports and market research
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work under pressure
• A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
• A minimum 3 years of experience in the IT industry is a plus.
