Job description
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary. The role includes managing the legal and regulatory compliance requirements of the company, ensuring that the company complies with statutory and regulatory requirements, and liaising with external regulators and advisers. The Company Secretary will also be responsible for organizing and preparing for board meetings, drafting minutes, maintaining statutory records, and handling shareholder communications.
Qualifications · Qualified Company Secretary with experience of 1 - 2 years in company secretarial work and legal compliance · Knowledge of Companies Act and other relevant laws and regulations · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Strong organizational and time management skills · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Attention to detail and high level of accuracy · Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applicationsJob tags
