Job description
Job Purpose: To ensure and primarily be responsible to oversee and monitor Compliance , notices, queries from authorities.
Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 – 8 Areas
Actionable (4-6)
Audits and Compliance.
Assistance in the timely completeness of audits.
Assistance in the timely filing of returns.
Notices, Assessments and Litigation
Compilation of facts for notice reply
Ensure effective handling of assessments.
Appeal management before appellate authorities
Litigation at High Court and Supreme Court
Preparing trackers wrt Notices
Advisory
Handling queries from internal teams.
Raising and discussing query with consultants.
Seeking views and opinions and agreement vetting.
Knowledge Management
Analyzing the impact of circular/ notification/ case laws
Automation and Special Projects
Automation of the indirect tax processes.
Auditor management.
Educational Qualifications- Only CA Candidates
Experience Required
Minimum experience in years – 3- 5 years
