Job Description:
Operate the Dryer, Coater & Cooler as per the Plan.
Ensure the Right quality and quantity of Liquids goes into the Product.
Ensuring all the Prestart up and online checks required to ensure the Intermediate product profile meets the standards.
Responsible for preparation of all liquids line validation / additions used at coater and preconditioner like Specialist batches, alt. batches as per the production Plan. Demonstrate GMP / GHK practices and ensuring the contractors in the areas understands and follow. Responsible for maintaining the DCC areas as per the standards.
Responsible for carrying out the Cleanings of all equipment’s of DCC area, Fines collection inspection etc. as per Schedule.
Responsible for maintaining and ensuring the all the Prerequisite programs as per the schedule.
Ensuring all the process parameters maintained as per the SOP ‘s and SRC.
Conducting the on-the-job trainings to the contractors on the area of work, hygiene practices.
Carrying out the cleaning and Sanitation activities of all liquid area equipment’s, accessories and area as per the Master Sanitation Schedules.
Ensuring stocks of all production spares / consumables related to Liquids area Track and Report any issues related to that area, quality, reliability, and Human safety and food safety.
