- Approach the client sourcing through multiple approaches - tapping into distribution networks, in person reachout, tele-calling etc
- Take ownership of leads from sourcing, operations till closing
Education/Experience Profile expectation
- Has been in a business loan sourcing role (prefer if worked with any of the business loan lender in sourcing team)
- Experience of 1-4 years
- Effective communication - English and regional language.
- Excellent relationship management skills with client
