Job Summary: As the General Manager (Marketing), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This leadership position requires a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record in real estate marketing and a strategic mindset. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead and oversee the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated marketing and sales efforts. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Drive the development of creative and impactful marketing campaigns across various channels. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA is a plus. Proven track record with 15-20 years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on real estate. Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the real estate sector. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach to marketing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to drive decision-making. P revious experience in launching and promoting residential and commercial projects in Tier 2-3 cities is highly desirable.
