Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute content strategies aligned with Simplia's brand objectives and target audience preferences. Content Creation: Produce high-quality and engaging content across various digital platforms, including website, blog posts, social media, email newsletters, and product descriptions, ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and messaging. SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, analyze SEO performance metrics, and implement on-page and off-page optimization techniques to enhance organic search visibility and drive traffic to Simplia's digital properties. Website Management: Oversee the maintenance and optimization of Simplia's website content, including product pages, landing pages, and blog articles, to improve user experience, search rankings, and conversion rates. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, user engagement data, and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and leverage insights to refine content strategies and drive continuous optimization. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, design, product, and sales teams to align content initiatives with overall marketing campaigns, product launches, and business objectives. Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content assets and alignment with marketing initiatives, seasonal trends, and industry events. Content Promotion: Develop and execute promotional strategies to amplify the reach and impact of Simplia's content assets, including influencer partnerships, guest blogging opportunities, and social media amplification. Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content marketing, SEO, and digital strategy, and proactively identify opportunities to innovate and differentiate Simplia's content offerings. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. Proven experience (X years) in content management, digital marketing, SEO, or related roles. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling. Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research tools, and search engine algorithms. Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz). Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. A self-starter attitude with a high level of initiative and a willingness to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
