Position: Data Analyst
Required Experience: 02–05 years
Skills and responsibilities:
1. Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources to ensure data quality and accuracy.
2. Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in datasets.
3. Create meaningful data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings to
stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand data requirements and provide
actionable insights.
5. Assist in the development and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL processes.
6. Support ad-hoc data analysis requests and provide data-driven solutions to business problems.
7. Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques for predictive modeling and data mining.
8. Stay updated on industry best practices and technologies to enhance data analysis capabilities.
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
2. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Python, R, or data visualization
platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
3. Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
4. Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling.
5. Familiarity with machine learning concepts and practical application.
6. Excellent data storytelling and communication skills.
7. Attention to detail and the ability to work with complex datasets.
8. Problem-solving skills and the ability to draw insights from data.
9. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer
Science, or a related discipline.
2. Industry certifications such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or related credentials.
3. Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases
