to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. You will have a key role in the design and deployment of creative campaigns with our global clients, including many Fortune 50 companies. This is an exciting role and would entail you to · Collaborate with your Creative Teams to bring ideas to life with best practices and brand standards being top of mindo. · Collaborate within RAPP to build the reputation of our precision creative studio and educate others on the benefits of a well-considered automation program. · Partner with technology teams, developers, data engineers and 3rd party vendors to achieve your precision goals at speed and efficiently. · Collaborate with other discipline team leads to coordinate their requirements and needs within the system. · Develop and activate content that drives performance through the lens of brand + data + technology. · Create scalable design systems, collections of re-usable components and templates, data-driven creative solutions that will enable global and local precision marketing campaigns to easily scale. · Create a culture of incrementality where your team learns from each asset created, and test into new territories, expanding into best creative practices. · Support business case development when work is live. · Create regular opportunities to stay current within the tech stack of production design tools, including platforms focused on creative automation and latest trends in the design and advertising industry. · Create a positive environment where creativity and positivity can flourish every day. You will be working closely with Our global creative agency teams. You will also be closely collaborating with our talented design team to deliver high-quality services. This may be the right role for you if you have · 5+ years relevant experience in a high-velocity, high precision production studio, supporting both digital, traditional and broadcast formats. · Advanced proficiencies with Creative suites such as Figma, Sketch, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects. · Experience working with 3D modeling and rendering suites such as Blender, Autodesk, Cinema 4D is a plus · Any experience with real-time 3D engine such as Unreal is a plus. · Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, in the context of email or landing page development with the ability to pinpoint code and how it impacts creative. · Experience working within Content Management Systems (Contentful, AEM) in the context of content authoring, approval workflows and publication Experience with QA tools such as Browserstack, Litmus, Email on Acid, and possibly QA automation frameworks. · Experience working on minimum 3 of the 7 following channels formats, from briefing through content activation: o Email o Display Advertising (programmatic display) o Paid Social o Video (broadcast, digital video) o Print (both direct mail and print advertising) o Web (landing pages, web content development) o Audio · Experience in DCO solutions such as Flashtalking or Clinch is a plus (in the context of decisioning). · Experience building and mentoring highly productive creative/studio teams. · Experience in high-scale output and design and a proven track record driving new initiatives through an organization. · Experience with content at scale technologies. · Experience working in a dynamic, fluid, and ever-changing environment.
