Job Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Lead DevOps Engineer to join our team. This role requires you to be a tech-savvy contributor in translating the customer needs and user expectations into interactive web apps, mentoring & guiding the team in providing quality deliverables. You’ll be an exceptional problem solver and take responsible actions in ensuring the application is optimized both in technology and in delivering the best user experience. Responsibilities: Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to developers Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes Testing and examining code written by others and analyzing results Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and ‘fixes’ Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended Planning out projects and being involved in project management decisions. Ideal Candidate Expectations : Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 7+ Years of DevOps Experience. Having a clear understanding of various automation tools for developing digital pipelines (CI/ CD pipelines). In depth Knowledge in AWS EKS Knowledge in ELK for logging and monitoring Good in EKS Container Orchestration. Architecting and deploying Multistage docker builds and microservice orchestration. Helping in re-planting existing setup. Should have knowledge in either Linux or Windows OS. Good knowledge in configuration Management tools (Ansible/ Puppet/ Chef / HELM) Should have worked as a developer for any application from scratch - handled SDLC lifecycles. Good exposure to AWS cloud and Nice to have experience in other cloud provider Azure/GCP Must have anyone programming knowledge expertise [ C#, JS or Java, Python, Note.js etc.] Basic Knowledge on AWS core services such as IAM, Networking, EC2, ALB etc. Basic Knowledge on Pipelining toolsJob tags
