Job description
*Job Title: Quality Department Specialist*
*Scope of Works:*
*1. QAP Preparation:*
- Develop and prepare Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) in accordance with project requirements.
*2. Stage-Wise Inspection:*
- Execute stage-wise inspections adhering to approved QAP and client specifications.
- Coordinate with Third-Party Inspection (TPI) for various stages, collaborating closely with production and planning teams.
*3. WPS/PQR/WPQ Preparation:*
- Generate Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), and Welder Performance Qualifications (WPQ) as per project needs.
*4. Customer Communication:*
- Engage in effective communication with customers, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
*5. Data Dossier Preparation:*
- Compile comprehensive data dossiers for each job following standard guidelines.
*6. Vendor Inspection:*
- Conduct in-process job inspections by visiting various vendors to ensure quality standards are met.
*7. IRN and DCC Handling:*
- Obtain Inspection Release Notes (IRN) from TPI and Document Control Center (DCC) forms from customers.
*8. Procedure Development:*
- Develop various procedures to meet job-specific qualification requirements.
*Qualifications and Experience:*
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of IT Engineering.
*Salary:*
- Up to 50,000 INR.

- Saraspur, Ahmedabad.
