Skills Required :

Should have handled/done:

User Support: Ticket Management. Advance Troubleshooting Software Support Hardware Management Installation of LAN infrastructure and access point configuration (D-link and Ruckus) Installation of OS like Windows, Linux, Mac Installation of IP CCTV and adding into NVR Mail Server MDaemon, First Wave Security Gateway. Working on FortiGate Firewall (VPN Id Creation, Policy creation, Firmware Upgrade, Checking Logs) All Type IP camera configuration and storage management Worked on various ticketing tools like Service Now, SysAid, Faveo Working Samsung Knox (MDM) tool Datacenter Operation Management and People Management Complaint and Escalation handling.

Note :Must have 2 to 6 years of experience.
