Job Responsibilities:
- Driving, Leading, and managing talent acquisition processes.
- Ensure that talent acquisition projects fall in line with organizational objectives.
- Cultivating a culture of excellence and developing clear objectives for talent acquisition.
- Creating and proofing guidelines for hiring practices within the organization.
- Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and collaboration
- Conduct regular performance assessments and provide feedback to team members
- Building relationships with key organizations, bodies, and institutes.
- Participating in meetings with talent acquisition managers and other executives.
- Work and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure the effective sourcing and retention of talent.
- Creating and guiding training initiatives and education policies.
- Producing regular reports on talent needs, acquisitions, and plans.
- Present hiring, talent, and employment-related reports to members of the organization.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Utilize innovative and effective sourcing methods to identify and engage with diverse and high-caliber candidates.
- Collaborate with all the concerned stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding process in conjunction with CPO
Job Knowledge (Prerequisite)
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with various departments, such as HR, Learning and Development, and hiring managers, to understand talent needs and align recruitment strategies.
- Stay informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in recruitment practices.
- Guide legal and ethical considerations in talent acquisition.
Competencies & Skills:
- Ability to develop and communicate a long-term vision for talent acquisition aligned with organizational goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey the employer brand and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to influence decision-makers and guide hiring managers in talent acquisition best practices.
Education Qualification & Experience:
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant degree with a professional HR qualification
- Other relevant professional qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role.
Job Location: South Delhi (New Delhi)
Work days: Monday to Friday and Saturdays (Half day)
