Job description

We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Manager to be the first point of contact for visitors and guests. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional client service, manage administrative tasks, and create a positive and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a warm and friendly manner. Provide information and assistance to visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department. Perform general administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, and data entry. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meeting rooms. Coordinate and confirm appointments with team members. Monitor and maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the Studio. Coordinate with building management for maintenance and repairs. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow. Assist in organizing and coordinating events or meetings. Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies. Making travel arrangements and preparing documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings. Source potential candidates through online channels (eg social platforms & professional networks) Plan interview & selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews while coordinating with hiring managers.

Qualifications: Qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus. Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive or in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and demeanor. Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
