Location: Bangalore

Product Management @ LeadSquared
We are looking for an outbound product manager who can help us strengthen our
product offerings, and GTM strategy for vertical markets. You will be a great
fit, if you love doing the below.

. Understand customer needs at depth. Build empathy maps for various kind of
persona - buyer, user, influencer. And, capture needs in a JTBD, or a similar
format.
. Be able to write BRDs, and PRDs for features that will be built by
verticals' product teams.
. Build and validate stories that need to be taken to the market.
. Build a case for product enhancements, or new features. You should be able
to justify prioritisation using data and research.
. Be comfortable in finding answers for addressable markets/reach, impact of
doing or not doing something, potential revenue opportunity, customer
satisfaction, opportunity sizing, SWOT analysis etc.
. Be a subject matter expert who understands customers and our products
equally well.
. Define what ideal solution looks like, templatise use cases and help build
demo able tenants for each customer segment we cater to.
. Co-own Business Heads' goals. Help us bring sales and operational
efficiencies
. Work with sales and marketing teams to build collaterals.
. Check for effectiveness of stories, collaterals, demo, SOP used during
sales or implementation, and constantly improvise by being a strong advocate of
customer internally.
. Conduct dip stick surveys, and meet customers frequently to identify areas
of improvement, and opportunities to serve them better. Be the Voice of Our
Customer!
