As a Talent Acquisition Intern you will work in partnership with TA Team in helping the Talent Partners deliver on shortlisting and proactive pipelining for stakeholders.

In collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team you will be responsible for supporting the team in identifying suitable candidates for open vacancies, reviewing applications and screening candidates as well as supporting administrative tasks such as completing feedback forms and working with the TA admins to set up interviews.

Responsibilities You will: Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles and assist in maintaining a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates Source and interview potential candidates, providing a good candidate experience. Continuously develop networks and partnerships to actively build a strong pipeline of candidates. Manage our internal recruitment processes from start to finish, working directly with Talent Acquisition Partners. Build market maps and identify potential talent both passive and active. Support on any special projects as required within the TA team. Be an ambassador of the noon brand both internally and externally and uphold and demonstrate noon corporate values. Manage talent database, including contact information and skill lists of applicants and potential future applicant

Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or any related field Internship Experience in HR domain will be an added advantage Excellent verbal and written communication in English Customer and candidate focus with critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of required tasks Effective communication and organizational skills Highly-engaged team member
