Nature And Purpose To work on end to end Recruitment and Onboarding process for India. Ensuring that all the duties are performed well iwithin the timeline. Manage the stakeholder and vendors professionally. Be Good Team Worker.
Accountabilities with Key Outcomes: Describe essential accountabilities the job performs and key outcomes. Accountabilities should be listed (max of 7) in order of importance.
- Have 4+ years of experience
- Have good experience sourcing the Right Fit candidate from various sources like Job Portals, Networking site, LinkedIn, Empoyee Referrals, etc.,
- Negotiate with candidates and follow through activities till onboarding of the candidates.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have complete experience in End to End Recruitment
- Experience in Workday, is preferable.

Essential Essential 4+ years related work experience - Master's degree in human resources.
- At least 4+ years of professional experience in end to end Recruitment
- Experience with any HRMS/HRIS systems preferable
- Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills
