Job Location: India (Hyderabad) Qualification: BE/ B.Tech (Computer science or IT preferred) Experience: 8 - 10 years Job Profile: ADP is seeking a Senior NetScout Administrator for Network Performance monitoring to join our growing Monitoring Engineering tools and automation team. You will be in the Monitoring Engineering team who will be responsible for designing and implementing various monitoring solutions across infrastructure, application, network space. This role is majorly to implement NetScout footprint in our network infra while also taking care of tools like DXNetOps Spectrum to get various network devices into monitoring. This individual will play a critical, internal-client-facing role that interprets and translates client requirements into viable and scalable solutions. Responsibilities: Hands on experience in implement Netscout suite of products. Handle the UI nGeniusONE and troubleshoot any issues with it. Ability to create Fabric Managers to manage multiple Netscout PFS Adhere to standards, processes, procedure and audit compliance controls, Ability to effectively estimate and escalate issues timely. Flexible to adjust work schedule as per BU needs. Setup various DataSources like infoStreamNG, vSTREAM, UC Collector, nGenius collector appliances. Partner with the Datacenter teams to install various Traditional span, ERSpan and Physical fiber taps and the NetScout Packet Flow Switches . Skillset Requirements: Hands on experience in Netscout with ability to install, configure, upgrade, patch and administer various components of this products suite. Deeper understanding of Networking skills, hybrid networking connectivity. Policy based routing for load distribution of IP traffic. Network routing BGP (eBGP). Inter/Intra Region Cloud route management, network security and monitoring. Created and deployed VNETs, VWANs with ability to deeply understand the integrations between onPrem network to the pub cloud network (AWS, Azure, GCP) Excellent analytical and organizational skills, able to manage a complex project independently, while functioning effectively under time constraints, established deadlines and within budget. Excellent Network Cloud Technical support and troubleshooting skills. Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding and constantly changing environment, while being able to set priorities and balance multiple deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present information in clear, concise terms to all position levels in the organization, as well as business partners, vendors and technical staff. In-depth understanding of routing, switching, firewall, and network monitoring and management. Extensive knowledge and experience of interconnecting public cloud regions to on-prem DataCenter in a globally deployed network. Maintain systems and documentation as needed for audits and compliance. Knowledge of Network management, monitoring and alerting solutions. Experience and working knowledge with Incident, Problem, Change systems & processes. Qualifications Required: B.Tech with 8-10 Yrs of experience in the IT Infrastructure Monitoring domain with a thought process of an Architect to convert Problem Statements to Solutions. Candidate must have strong troubleshooting skills Must have working knowledge of routing architectures and protocols, such as BGP, OSPF, etc Ability to work collaboratively & be a team player Experience with Visio, PowerPoint, MS Office Suite Proven ability to assist in providing technology analysis, recommendation and business case development for client requests requiring new or enhanced products / services to ensure development of efficient systems in alignment with ADP strategic direction. Proven ability to conduct vendor / product analysis, evaluation, certification and recommendation of new or enhanced IT vendor products / services Proven ability to develop and govern infrastructure design patterns, standards, blueprints, application frameworks, configurations, product technical solutions and roadmap. Demonstrated ability to successfully coordinate and solicit input from other IT Disciplines when developing solutions, roadmaps and vision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of the organization Bachelor's or advanced degree Vendor certification preferred Knowledge Agile Methodologies, DevOps, CICD Tools Python Programming Linux OS DB AI and ML Techniques.
