As a Technical Lead, this person will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, development, of various IA COE activities includes development of solutions as per the requirements, build POC's and POV's, new tool evaluations and assessments, help and guide support engineers who are focused on delivering great customer experience in every interaction. S/He should Drive and further develop the team, work closely with COE members to plan, drive initiatives and outcomes at the global level, leverage day-to-day experiences to provide the voice of the customer to IA COE teamJob tags
