Job Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team at Infos Connect Consultants pvt ltd. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our business. This is a junior-level position with 1 to 3 years of experience, and the job is located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. This is a full-time position.
Note: Preferred Locations are Chennai,Bangalore&Cochin
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, admissions counseling, or related roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the education industry and study abroad programs
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to travel for business purposes, if required
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop potential business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions, educational consultants, and other stakeholders in the education industry
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential market trends, competition, and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process for students
- Provide counseling and guidance to students regarding study abroad options, including courses, destinations, and application requirements
- Achieve targets and meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, educational institutions, and other relevant stakeholders
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, developments, and changes in study abroad policies and procedures
- Assist in organizing and participating in educational fairs, seminars, and events to promote the services of Abroad Admission Hub
