Job description

Role:

One point of contact with the Support Office HR Department.

Primary Responsibilities:

Recruitment

All HR requirements & vacancies to be updated to the Recruitment Team.

Meet Dean/Principle of Nursing and Paramedical Colleges for Freshers requirement.

Update M.R.F and get the Centre Head approval for the same.

Shortlist profiles who match the requirement and schedule for interviews.

Update the interview assessment forms (Ensure within the approved budget Candidate is hired)

Conduct Reference Check for new hires.

If Selected, collect Documents of Candidate and send it to S.O for Offer letter and Appointment letter.

Register the Employee in Biometric Machine, from the day 1 Attendance has to be captured.

Induction of new joiner to the hospital visit to key facilities and introduction to all concerned Employees/Managers.

Manpower Planning, development, and Training

Coordinate with Centre Head for Manpower planning and ensure to Hire the resource within the approved budget.

Ensure Proper job orientation, Induction, training for the employee from the concerned department is provided and employee is in sync with the job requirement as per the Job description.

In coordination with Centre Head ensure proper succession planning, this ensures businesses continue to run smoothly even after a organizations most important employees resign, retire and leave the company.

Succession planning involves providing cross-domain training and knowledge to employees so that they can develop skills, Department knowledge, and a holistic understanding of the company. (plan specifically for Nursing department then the other departments)

Documentation and Payroll Process -

Employee Record Management of all domain & cadre (Salary, Stipend & Duty Doctors) as per prescribed protocol from S.O HRD.

Maintain all mandatory documents and to send them to HO within prescribed timelines eg. Resignation Letters, transfer letters, appointment letters acknowledgement etc.

Document and intimate HO-HRD all HR related disciplinary actions (termination) taken at the unit

Maintain the attendance of all the employees in the organization, on day to day basis Biometric report to verify.

To ensure that the attendance, leave, and overtime is updated in the records along with relevant Dept Head and Centre Head approval.

Every month send the muster roll & Biometric report along with the Overtime and Incentive data as per the Payroll input file provided S.O within the stipulated time.

Work Schedule Preparation and Management

Coordinate with Department heads in preparation of Duty Roaster, ensure Employees comply to the same, any deviation w.r.t Overtime, long absence to be brought to the notice of Department Head & Centre Head for necessary corrective action.

Ensure there is no overlap in Shifts for any employee, proper week off shall be provided after 6 working day.

Ensure Any Long leave request for Marriage, Education, sickness etc to be brought to the notice of Centre Head, necessary replacement has to be planned then the leave approval has to happen.

Discipline & Conduct of Employees

Ensure Proper discipline & conduct by the Employees in the organization.

Ensure Punctuality w.r.t working time/duty Roaster, overtimes and leave intimation of deviation to Department Head / Centre Headhin the stipulated time
