Job description

Position: Pre-Sales Consultant - Government E-Marketplace Location: Gurugram/Indore Experience: 2+ Years

What you’ll do We are seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales Specialist with a strong background in the IT sector, specifically focused on Government E-Marketplace, RFPs, and the entire tender life cycle. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge and experience to drive pre-sales activities, collaborate with cross functional teams, and ensure successful bid submissions.

Responsibilities

Government E-Marketplace Expertise:  Serve as a subject matter expert on the Government E-Marketplace platform, understanding its functionalities, procurement processes, and integration points.  Assist clients in navigating the E-Marketplace, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing procurement strategies.

RFP and Tender Management:  Lead the identification, preparation, and submission of RFPs and tenders in line with client requirements.  Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information, develop proposals, and ensure timely submissions.  Review, analyze, and interpret RFP documents to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs

Tender Life Cycle Management:  Manage the entire tender life cycle, from identification to submission and post-submission activities.  Collaborate with internal teams to develop winning strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and requirements.  Monitor and track tender opportunities, ensuring timely responses and adherence to deadlines

Client Engagement and Consultation:  Engage with prospective clients to understand their specific needs, challenges, and objectives.  Provide consultative guidance, leveraging expertise in IT solutions, Government E-Marketplace, and public sector procurement processes.  Develop tailored solutions and presentations to showcase the company's offerings and value proposition

Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.  Minimum of 2 years experience as a Pre-Sales Consultant or similar role within an IT Company.  Proven expertise in Government E-Marketplace operations, RFPs, and Tender Life Cycle management.  Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.  Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects concurrently.  Proficiency in GeM, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
