Experience : Atleast 8+years of Cloud Experience Looking for Azure SME. Key Responsibilities: The candidate will be part of a team working in 24*7 and handling dedicated Global customer. Ensure availability of services running on the Cloud infrastructure in accordance with customer defined SLAs. Ensure availability of services running on the Cloud infrastructure in accordance with customer defined SLAs. Candidate will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and troubleshooting Microsoft Azure. Manage Identity and Security and control access to customer’s Cloud tenant. Handle code deployments in all environments. Assist customers with deployment of their applications to the Cloud in case of any issues. Provide RCA related to critical incidents and problems. Plan and implement changes to the customer environment in accordance with Change Management process. Ensure optimum utilization of Cloud services subscribed by the customer. Coordinate with Cloud Service Provider and other 3rd party vendors for getting support as required. Work on creating Service Improvement Plans for transforming customer environments. Should be having basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell. Able to adapt/learn and support new cloud technologies or services as per project requirement. Required Skills: Demonstrated experience with supporting at least one major public Cloud: Azure (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS offerings). Should have working knowledge of Hybrid Cloud, Virtualization, Windows/Linux servers, Database and Networking concepts. Good knowledge of Azure concepts like Azure AD, Resource Groups, Virtual Machines, Containers, Virtual Networks, Storage, Vnet Gateway, Site to Site VPN, Availability Sets, Recovery Services Vaults, Load Balancers, NSG, Azure Security Center, Azure PowerShell, Express Route, Azure Monitor, Azure Advisor, Azure DNS, App Services, Policy, Blueprint, Automation Account, Log Analytics Workspace etc. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills for interfacing with customers and internal stakeholders. Preferred Skills: · Experience with Cloud Migration: Migrating workloads to Microsoft Azure from various platforms.Job tags
