Job Title : Junior IT Recruiter

Job Type : Full Time

Experienced : Freshers

Location : Hyderabad Telangana

You will be working in our Human Resources department and will help us in the function that deals with people and people related areas such as talent Acquisition recruiting learning training onboarding compensation and benefits performance management organization development and culture.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in the fullcycle recruiting process: Source scout screen and recruit the best talent.
• Manage the end to end hiring process.
• Responsible for end to end recruitment in IT.
• Handle IT recruitment for all level positions
• Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
• Prepare monthly Recruitment Reports.
• Sourcing and Screening of CVs through various Sources jobportals social networks
• Coordinate with hiring managers and understand the clients requirement
• Handle the development of a plan for recruiting and interviewing for each post that is open.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
