Job Purpose
The Sr Executive Purchase plays a vital role in our organization by managing and coordinating purchase-related activities under the guidance of the Purchase Manager. This position involves procurement, rate negotiation, order management, documentation of purchase orders, follow-ups on dispatches, and liaising with the Accounts department for payment processing. Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of ERP accounting software are essential for success in this role.
Job Duties
- Collaborating with the Purchase Manager to execute procurement activities.
- Negotiating favorable rates with suppliers.
- Managing the end-to-end documentation process for purchase orders.
- Ensuring timely follow-up on order dispatches and coordinating with Accounts for payments.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports related to purchases.
Required Qualifications
Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of purchase and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP accounting software.
