Wiring harness, Creo, Catia Roles and Responsibilities: Designing and optimizing wiring harnesses for medium and heavy-duty trucks. Collaborating with stakeholders to finalize the design and development of wiring harnesses, including clamping and fixation. Utilizing Catia/Creo to route harness/power cables in a 3D environment. Preparing and releasing harness bundle drawings. Driving design proposals and solutions across functions and securing agreements. Designing for assembly and serviceability in cooperation with GTO and After Market teams. Realizing the Product Structure (KOLA) and managing interfaces with suppliers. Supporting Purchasing in the request for quotation process by evaluating technical solutions from different suppliers. Working closely with multiple stakeholders, including suppliers, systems engineering, system and component owners, purchasing, manufacturing, and aftermarket. Skills Required: Proficiency in wiring harness design and optimization. Knowledge of wiring design tools, with Saber knowledge being advantageous. Experience in wiring harness routing using Creo/Catia. Familiarity with the truck environment and product knowledge. Strong communication and networking skills. Effective problem-solving abilities. Result-oriented with a structured approach to tasks. Proactive mindset, able to anticipate and address challenges. 5-10 years of relevant experience. .
