Billing Process Associate with 2-5 years of relevant experience to join our Administrative/Finance team. About the firm Accelerated Growth is now a Sikich company. Job Responsibilities Monitor Finance Service Board, assigning service tickets to team members Update and maintain customer data Create credit memos for time and product invoices Develop and maintain customer subscription billing- monthly & annually Assist in billing for technology clients Work on a variety of different accounting projects as needed Requirements for Successful Candidate Graduate degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience 2+ years of accounting experience in corporate environment preferred Ability to effectively multi-task and assess priorities Consistent and reliable team member Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong Microsoft Office -Excel skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to professionally interact with vendors and team Excellent written skills Why join us?
