Minimum 3 years of experience Data Management, IT Integration and Software Management
Responsibilities:
SWM Process Management Guidance:
Provide expertise and guidance to Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) on the social integration of SWM Process Management, including Waste Collection, Transportation, Processing & Disposal, Resource Management, Advanced Vehicle Tracking and Monitoring, Citizen Engagement System, and MIS Report Generation System.
Pilot Testing of ICT Innovations:
Conduct pilot tests for innovative ICT technologies, including the Toilet Locator app, Monitoring of Public Toilets O&M, Geo-tagging of trucks and bins for SWM, Citizen Grievance Redressal App, etc.
Daily Cleaning and Garbage Disposal Tracking:
Utilize ICT and other applications for tracking daily cleaning of roads, door-to-door collection, and disposal of garbage to enhance efficiency.
Integration with ULB's Interfaces:
Integrate SWM information flow with ULB's internal or external interfaces to promote seamless communication and data exchange.
Digitization of Waste Collection Routes:
Implement the digitization of waste collection routes for optimized planning and resource utilization.
Implementation of ICT for MIS:
Play a crucial role in the implementation of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for the Management Information System (MIS) to improve overall efficiency and transparency.
Smart Waste Monitoring:
Monitor, collect, treat, and dispose of smart waste generated by residents in a cost-effective, environmentally friendly, and socially satisfactory manner.
ULB Profiling:
Capture and manage ULB attributes, including population details, important personnel, and SWM fields.
Digitize ULB-wise definitions of institutions, such as schools, colleges, government offices, public areas, religious places, and gardens, forming the basis for waste collection and processing guidelines.
Digital Platform Management:
Develop and manage a digital platform to geo-tag waste generation/collection points, categorized spots, vulnerable spots, water bodies, stormwater drains, and other relevant information.
Enable manual feeding or bulk upload of information through web/mobile-based applications.
Register Management System:
Establish a comprehensive Register Management System for data entry, covering SWM activities, feedback registers, sanitation logbooks, and expense management for waste management, sanitation, and citizen engagement activities.
