Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media marketing strategies, managing social media accounts and networks, creating, curating, and editing relevant and engaging content, and optimizing social media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms
- Create compelling and original content, including reels, to captivate our audience and drive meaningful interactions
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure our social media presence remains relevant and innovative
- Optimize content for search engines and manage advertising campaigns to maximize reach and impact
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing and business objectives
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
- Represent the organization in business proposal meetings, showcasing our social media capabilities and potential value to clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing
- Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms, with a strong emphasis on reels and original ideation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with diverse audiences
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Familiarity with SEO techniques and advertisement management
- A deep understanding of social media platforms and trends, particularly LinkedIn and Twitter
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in team management
- Proven track record of successfully executing social media campaigns and achieving measurable results
