Job description
Lead Product Development addressing a range of domains including industrial and consumer electronics - from concept to market.
Establish and oversee tech solutions and R&D team for the products division, proactively delivering technology solutions, and fostering digitisation. Lead strategies, partnerships, and provide technical leadership across various cybersecurity, electronics, and IoT products.Demonstrated ability to lead new Product Development in the past, especially in electronics & IoT solutions, driving up the revenue opportunities.
Flair and experience of market opportunity identification and product innovation, preferably both B2B & B2C. Hands-on experience with embedded hardware products and software or digital applications or bundling. Strong in board design using FPGAs to generate system timing, image processing for improving the image quality and removal of motion artefacts. Someone with excellent organisational, communication, project management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Bachelors / Master in electronics, computers, or a related field - highly preferred.Spearheading the entire products solutions division of a listed Indian electronics company, building a legacy of products and solutions delivered to masses.
