Trident Consulting is seeking an " Implementation Engineer”
for one of our clients in “ Remote”. A global leader in business and technology services. Role: Implementation Engineer - Core Banking Location: Remote Type: Fulltime Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Implementation Engineer. As an Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining complex technical solutions at customer sites. You will work closely with customers, project managers, and internal teams to ensure successful implementation, integration, and optimization of systems and software products. Responsibilities: Integrate new systems and solutions with existing infrastructure, applications, and databases to ensure seamless operation and compatibility. Customize the application and configurations to meet customer-specific requirements and business needs. Conduct thorough testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure reliability, performance, and compliance with technical standards and specifications. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during implementation and post-implementation phases to resolve issues, optimize performance, and minimize downtime. Create and maintain detailed documentation, including installation guides, configuration manuals, and troubleshooting procedures. Provide training and knowledge transfer to customers and internal teams as needed. Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and internal stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status, address concerns, and coordinate project activities. Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems administration. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby and database such as PostGreSQL Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with core banking or origination systems Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
