Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and participate in the recruitment process
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make recommendations for hiring decisions
- Manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
- Employee Relations:Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and fair manner
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Training and Development:Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs
- Identify skill gaps and work with management to implement targeted training initiatives
- Support career development opportunities for employees
- Performance Management:Assist in the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions
- Provide guidance to managers on handling performance-related issues
- HR Policy Implementation:Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Keep abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance
- Benefits Administration:Support the administration of employee benefits programs
- Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Employee Engagement:Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
- Organize and coordinate employee events and initiatives
- HR Metrics and Reporting:Compile and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs
- Prepare regular reports for management on HR-related activities
