Job description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Assist in producing the Monthly Reporting package, which details growth metrics, budget variances, and overall financial health of business units. · Analyze and provide written commentary on drivers of operating expense and revenue trends, within business units, explaining the “why” behind the numbers. · Communicate with stakeholders across the Finance, Accounting, Sales Ops, and BU-level to understand and tell the story behind business performance. · Provide support during the annual budget process and other ad-hoc financial modeling requests. · Review work product and assist in training offshore analyst team members. · Support reporting system, OneStream, maintenance and develop dashboards. – Hyperion · Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt well to aggressive goals and changes to deliverable timelines. · Prioritize competing tasks and effectively manage the delivery of projects in time. · Various other duties and ad-hoc reporting as assigned.
Qualifications: · Chartered Accountant having worked in Big Four at a Manager/Lead position. · Minimum 4-5 years of finance or accounting experience. · Strong understanding of financial statements analysis, GAAP financial reporting, and financial due diligence reports. · Experience of reporting systems is a plus. · Advanced Excel skills (formatting best practices, pivot tables, LOOKUPs, IFs, Index Match, etc.) · Experience with budgeting and forecasting - FPnA (sensitivity/scenario modeling preferred.) · Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and strong problem-solving capability. · Extremely organized with strong documentation skills. · Effective communication skills, both oral and written.Job tags
