This role will focus on providing technical support for the Global Payment IAM systems and will be responsible for overall maintenance and configuration standards of the tools
The responsibilities include working closely with IAM support team and providing necessary guidance to the team members.
Working closely with leadership and providing updates and seek inputs on next steps when needed.
This role will ensure the implementation of Okta on 130 existing software platforms across multiple businesses under the Global Payments umbrella.
Will assist in Okta and Azure B2C operational support with the onboarding of new applications.
Will work to ensure optimisation of the SSO/MFA operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
Will create and maintain Okta process and troubleshooting documentation.
