Job description

Position Impact We're looking for a marketing expert to join our Global Marketing team and dedicate efforts to extend our impact to India. The position will increase Gogoro brand awareness and make an impact in the India market. Success will be determined by a clearly defined PR and social media strategy to serve communication objectives and performance-driven results. FIND OUT MORE:

Responsibility and Expectation Execute communications and social media to drive awareness and business opportunities. Create compelling PR strategies, plans, messages and stories that will resonate with press and customers and deliver measurable results. Manage day-to-day local PR agency activities that support the business and collaborate with peers in multiple functions. Manage and operate India social and digital channels, budget forecasting, performance tracking, and reporting. Develop, build and maintain strong relationships with press contacts and social media. Assist in global and local communication plans, digital always-on strategy development, and content calendar. Interdepartmental Collaboration:

Establish and nurture effective communication channels between the Sales, Brand, and Performance Marketing teams. Coordinate with internal teams for effective alignment of business objectives, ensuring seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives. Collaborate with product management and sales teams to align on product messaging, positioning, and launch strategies. Analytical Rigor:

Analyze customer behavior and usage pattern to identify opportunities, develop & maintain segments and implement targeted campaign for activation and cross-selling/up-selling. Analyze user interactions, campaign metrics, and market insights to inform marketing decisions and optimize user engagement Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Requirements: Bachelor's and above degree. Minimum 4 years of PR experience including media relations and corporate communications, preferably in the automotive industry. Able to leverage SEO analysis and perform keyword searches to optimize content, and channel performance, and uncover new opportunities. Minimum 3 years of marketing engagement experience is preferred. Superb English writing skills (native level) and data-driven storytelling to translate brands, products, and solutions into press releases or social posts to drive engagement. Ability to multitask and keep up in a fast-paced environment. Result-driven self-starter who is able to set up clear measurements of KPI and deliver. Experiences working in digital or social agencies are a plus.
