Founded with the mission of providing business solutions through technology, they offer services to clients across the globe. They operate across geographies, with sales and delivery centers in India, the Philippines, and the USA. These offices provide clients (businesses) with strategic assistance and placement (marketing) services.

Job position: Floor Manager

Experience: 5 to 7 years

Gender: Male

Location: Nehrunagar, Ahmedabad

Qualification: Any Graduate

Working Days: 5 days a week

Working Hours: 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM / 8:30 PM to 6:30 AM

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead generation
• Client management
• Should have Sales background
• Should have proven exposure of achieving sales numbers
• Will be responsible for handling team of Agents, Verifiers & Supervisors
• US market exposure from any Industry can be a good fit.
• Preference would be given to candidates from the Healthcare sector.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Should have handled a team of 25-100 members.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding leadership skills.
• Good presentation, team building and consulting abilities. 
• Matured

Benefits:
