Presales and Engagement Specialist

 

 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Presales and Engagement Specialist with a strong emphasis on content marketing. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through effective presales activities, fostering client relationships, and managing various touchpoints with the external world, including the company website, LinkedIn, brochures, and other communication channels.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - MBA is a plus.

2. Proven experience of 3-5 years in presales, client engagement, and content marketing.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

5. Familiarity with website management tools and social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.

6. Experienced in CXO level engagements.

7. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

8. Experience in F&B, Retail, Aerospace, IT, Consumer Products Industries would be an added advantage.

 

 

Preferred Skills:

  1. Ability to interact and influence CXO level decision-making.

2. Experience in B2B sales and marketing.

3. Client engagement experience.

4. Knowledge of industry-specific trends and technologies.

5. Familiarity with CRM software.

6. Making presentations and writing reports.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

8. Proactive mindset with a focus on achieving results.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Presales:

  1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals, presentations, and other sales collateral.
  3. Engage in customer needs analysis and solution-oriented discussions to understand client requirements.
  4. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the companys products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  5. Assist in the preparation and delivery of product demonstrations and workshops to prospective clients.

 

Content Marketing:

  1. Manage and update/curate the company website, ensuring content is current, relevant, and aligned with brand messaging.
  2. Develop and execute a content marketing strategy across various channels, including LinkedIn, brochures, whitepapers, and other marketing materials.
  3. Create engaging and informative content that highlights the companys expertise, products, and success stories.
  4. Monitor social media channels for industry trends and actively participate in relevant conversations.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and design, to create visually appealing and impactful marketing materials.
  6. Create research-based collaterals for client specific pitches.
