We currently have an opening for a Technical Onboarding Coordinator, Platform Operations . This position will be located in Bangalore.

Position Overview

The Technical Onboarding Coordinator, Platform Operations will be responsible for analyzing customer content fulfillment requirements and translate them into system orchestrated automated workflows. Focus and understanding of content fulfilment, digital workflows, asset and data management systems/platforms. The position may work independently on requests or as directed by onboarding Engineering or Technical Project Management staff. The Technical Onboarding Coordinator will work with internal and external teams to ensure that data and requirements are accurate, timely, and structured properly for workflow automation. This position is based out of Bangalore.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and/or assist on technical On-boarding initiatives for customer profile configuration which drives automate end-to-end processing workflows
• Interface with end users from various internal and external groups to ensure On-boarding of fulfillment workflows to the Deluxe ONE platform
• Responsible for communicating status, updates, progress, blockers, or issues related to the Onboard with relevant stakeholders. This can be via Jira ticketing, Slack, email, or meetings/calls
• Must have ability to make sound judgments when dealing with issues that arise during troubleshooting and have the skills to determine the appropriate action to be taken for a given situation must be able to prioritize instantly to prevent missed deadlines.
• Follow established workflows and SOP's, in addition to being flexible and collaborate defining on new processes
• Provide timely, accurate, professional and responsive support, verbally and via email,to internal and external customer/clients to resolve all issues reported and take proactive steps to prevent the conflict/problem from reoccurring.
• Ability to generate required reports from the system as well as read and utilize data and information.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to management for improved customer satisfaction, process improvements and system enhancements.
• Balance multiple requests at once and prioritize items to meet deadlines.
• Take on new assignments as dictated by Lead or Director, as well as proactively pick up open tickets and requests

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, associate degree or above preferred
• 3+ years in Media Distribution & Technology
• Strong understanding of audio/video file formats (IMF, UHD, HD, SD), television standards, film formats, codecs, bitrates, frame rates, video resolutions, standards conversions, broadcast audio configurations, timed text formats , and electronic delivery technologies (S3, Aspera)
• Knowledge of media processing tools including Hybrik, Final Cut Pro, QuickTime Pro, MacCaption, Compressor and Vantage
• Understanding of content fulfilment, digital workflows, asset and data management systems/platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent teamwork, written and verbal communication skills.
• Must demonstrate positive attitude, ability to maintain professionalism in a high stress situation, and project self as a team player.
