Human Resource Executive (Payroll Specialist)

Experience: 1 - 2 years (Payroll)

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Expert with IT experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, with a strong understanding of Payroll Processing, PF, ESI, Insurance, and related areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for employees accurately and timely
• Manage and administer Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and other statutory deductions
• Handle payroll queries and discrepancies from employees
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Work closely with the HR team to ensure accurate employee data
• Assist in developing and implementing payroll policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll information

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1 to 2 years of experience in payroll processing
• Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, Insurance, and other statutory deductions
• Experience with payroll software and IT systems
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certification in Payroll Processing (preferred)
