- This is a Junior position with 1 to 3 years of experience, based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to understand client requirements and propose customized solutions
- Good market research and networking abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify new sales leads and potential clients through market research and networking
- Pitch products and services to potential clients, understanding their requirements and customizing solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients
- Negotiate and close deals, achieving sales targets and objectives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to ensure customer success
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and performance
