Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Sales Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at National Aircon India Pvt Ltd. As an HVAC Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads, meeting with potential clients, and providing them with technical solutions in the HVAC field. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The successful candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of HVAC sales.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field.
- Strong technical sales background with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and industry standards.
- Experience in preparing proposals and conducting sales presentations.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads in the HVAC market.
- Promote and sell HVAC products and services to potential clients.
- Meet with clients to determine their specific requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, including cost estimates and project timelines.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure accurate project specifications.
- Work closely with the project managers to ensure successful project execution.
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients throughout the sales process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
