HR Intern- (Mumbai Location)
Role Description
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and initial screening.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and interviewers.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist in the creation of engaging job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
