Overview:
The role of a Tele Caller is pivotal in establishing and maintaining communication with customers to promote and sell products or services address inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction. Tele Callers play a crucial role in building and maintaining customer relationships contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Promoting and selling products or services over the phone.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
- Following communication scripts when handling different topics.
- Meeting weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Building and maintaining a customer database.
- Keeping detailed records of interactions and transactions.
- Collecting and updating customer information.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Continuously improving through feedback.
- Managing time effectively to ensure maximum productivity.
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Providing product or service information to customers.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
