JOB TITLE: LEGAL ADVISOR (PART TIME)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Advisor to join our team. The Legal Advisor will be responsible for providing legal counsel to the company on various matters and ensuring that all business activities comply with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Legal Consultation:
Provide legal advice to the company on a wide range of issues, including contract law, corporate governance, employment law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the company's operations.
Contract Review and Drafting:
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the interests of the company. Ensure that contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations and mitigate legal risks.
Compliance:
Monitor and ensure the company's compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
Litigation Management:
Coordinate with external legal counsel in the event of litigation. Provide support and guidance on legal aspects of dispute resolution and settlements.
Corporate Governance:
Assist in maintaining and enhancing the company's corporate governance structure.
Advise on board matters and ensure compliance with corporate governance best practices.
Training and Awareness:
Conduct training sessions for employees on legal issues, compliance, and ethics.Foster a legal and ethical culture within the organization.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
2 years of experience as a practicing attorney, preferably with in-house counsel experience.
Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Must have 'BAR council association membership in TS High Court'

Salary: 15k-20K
Working Days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday (3 days a week)
Working Hours: 6:30 pm to 11:00 pm
